Notice of Shortened Nomination Process

 

The Selectmen of the Town of Corinna hereby give notice that they have ordered, pursuant to 30-A M.R.S. § 2528(4)(E), that a shortened nomination process be used to fill a vacancy on the Board of Selectmen. The schedule for nominations will be as follows:

Nomination papers will be available beginning on Monday, April 13, 2026.

1 Selectmen………………………3-year term, ending 2029

Signed nomination papers must be returned to the Town Clerk by the close of business hours on Monday, May 4, 2026.

Voting for this Municipal Election will take place on Tuesday, June 9, 2026 at the Perfect Fit Community Center from 8:00AM to 8:00PM.
