Treasurer’s Report:  Reserve Fund  $42,609.10,  Playground  $62,983.28 Expenses $17,638.80

Discussion on playground amount difference, Lois will check, no action

Secretary’s Report:  Moved by Lois 2^nd by Barbara to accept as written, all in favor

TDS Modem:  DO NOT RESET, have a ticket number 18067646

Matching Grant Thanks to Ron’s effort the Bill &Joan Alfond Family Foundation will offer a matching grant, we raise $8,300 by August 1, 2024  they will match with $8.500

Moved by Dennis 2^nd by Barbara to accept the challenge.

Playground Brim: Yoda’s 8x8x16 timbers $2,782

T-shirts or vests Barbara feels we should look into purchasing them for volunteers to wear at put events so people will know who may go to with questions agreed to look into

Karate  Would like put  up pictures  Loiswill talk to Steve about us putting up cork board and placing them on that.

Paint hall and entry way.  Moved by Barbara, 2^nd by Allen to ask Scott to continue and paint the hallway and entry way, all in favor
