August 14, 2023

Members present:  Denis Carr, Lois Jones, Ron Richards, Darlene Bagley

Others present:  Gary Dorman

Treasurer’s Report:  Reserve Fund  $37,699.44,  Playground  $39,341.69 Expenses $34,169.62

Moved by Dennis, 2^nd by Darlene to accept as written, all in favor.

Secretary’s Report:  Moved by Darlene, 2^nd by Lois to accept as written, all in favor

Yard Sale:  $2,657.84

Key Card:  $3,654  with 100 cards.  Moved by Dennis, 2^nd by Lois to purchase and charge a $5.00 deposit on each key.

Banners:  Lois will send Thank you notes to those that purchased banner space.

Gym Wall:  Ron has talked with Scott ?to do the repair

Valey of Trees: Room theme “Santa’s Workshop”  need color papers and materials to write letters to Santa,  Kitchen room called “Candy Cane Café”  will need people to cook mac/cheese soups etc.  Tree theme, Corundel Christmas, anything to do with fishing and water activities

NOTES

CMCMA fundraiser for PFCC Oct. 14, Country Comfort will be house band

Wrestling event October 7, need help setup chair, sell raffle tickets

Christmas for kids,  December 10, in need of boy toys
