Item 1.  CALL MEETING TO ORDER - FLAG SALUTE.  Called to order by Chairman Dennis Carr.

           

  1. Board Members Present: James Emerson, Chairman Dennis Carr, Tony Bennett, Kenneth Kealiher Jr.
  2. Absent: Ralph McNaughton
  3. Employees Present: Emillie Lemire, Pam Parlee

 

Item 2: AGENDA ADJUSTMENTS: N/A

 

Item 3. APPRVOVE MINUTES:

 

  1. April 9, 2025. Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectmen Bennett 2nd to approve the minutes as written. All in favor

 

Item 4. WARRANT AND PAYROLL DISCUSSIONS AND SIGNING.

 

  1. Payroll Warrant #15: Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectman Bennett 2nd to approve warrant # 15.  All in favor.
  2. A/P Warrant #16: Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectman Bennett 2nd to approve warrant # 16. All in favor.

 

Item 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS: N/A

 

Item 6. OLD BUSINESS.

 

  1. Sunken Bridge Road Update: An on-site visit for a second opinion on the current condition of the Sunken Bridge Road was completed by an Engineer from Wentworth Partners & Associates. The bridge is safe in its current state but not serviceable.  Cannot drop a plow or grader over the bridge due to lifting of rods.  If any more gravel is added to the bridge a safety concern will then be prevalent due to the guard rail height requirements.  Engineer will provide Emillie a letter of findings.

 

Item 7.  NEW BUSINESS.

  1. Appointment of Community Center Committee Members: Selectmen Emerson made a motion to approve the 5 members seconded by Selectmen Kealiher, All in favor.

  1. Rec Dept. Spring Coach Appointments: Selectmen Carr asked for Background checks to be verified they have all been completed in the past year and Selectmen Emerson asked to confirm for Coach Pitch Team 2 they only have one coach listed.  When Coach is on the field pitching who will be watching the kids in the dugout?  Emillie will reach back to Recreation Board.  Selectmen Emerson made a motion to approve Coaches as recommended by Corinna Recreation Board seconded by Selectmen Bennett.
