Item 1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER - FLAG SALUTE. Called to order by Chairman Dennis Carr.
- Board Members Present: James Emerson, Chairman Dennis Carr, Kenneth Kealiher Jr., Ralph McNaughton and Tony Bennett.
- Employees Present: Emillie Lemire, Pam Parlee
- Residents Present: Jim Louder and George Meurling
Item 2: AGENDA ADJUSTMENTS: N/A
Item 3. APPRVOVE MINUTES:
- May 28, 2025. Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectmen Bennett to approve the minutes as written. All in favor
Item 4. WARRANT AND PAYROLL DISCUSSIONS AND SIGNING.
- Payroll Warrant #21: Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectman Bennett 2nd to approve warrant # 21. All in favor.
- Payroll Warrant #23: Selectmen Emerson made a motion and Selectmen Bennett 2nd to approve Warrant #23. All in favor
- A/P Warrant #22: Selectman Emerson made a motion and Selectman Kealiher 2nd to approve warrant # 20. All in favor.
- A/P Warrant #24:Selectmen Emerson made a motion and Selectmen Kealiher 2nd to approve Warrant #24. All in favor
Item 5. PUBLIC COMMENTS: N/A
Item 6. OLD BUSINESS:
- Sign Health Center Lease 2025-2026: This contract was discussed and voted on in previous meeting. The contract needed signatures.
- Public Hearing-Corinna Water District: On behalf of Olver Associates there will be a Public Hearing prior to the Selectmen’s Meeting July 9, 2025 to speak of the recommendation for a rate increase.
Item 7. NEW BUSINESS.
- Fee Schedule-Applications Fee for Permits: Emillie and Al sat down together to go over the Fee Schedule which has not been updated since 2002.
Changes recommended:
Electrical Permit-
Residential 50.00 Commercial 75.00
Inspection Fee 75.00 Commercial Solar Inspection 2500.00
Subdivisions Fees: - With Application 250.00
Per Lot –after approval 25.00 House Inspections 50.00
Selectmen Emerson made a motion to accept changes as written seconded by Selectmen Bennett. All in favor
- Fuel Bids: The Town received fuel bids from 2 business, one of which did not complete the bidding package per instructions. Selectmen Emerson made a motion to accept AE Robinsons Bid Proposal seconded by Selectmen Bennett. All in favor
Item 8. ADDITIONAL AGENDA ITEMS. N/A
Item 9: SELECTMEN CONCERNS.
- Dennis –Stated there is broken glass at the gazebo.
- Jim – a resident asked him about junk yard permits
- Ken-inquired where we are with the white house on Exeter road, Al has been there 3 times with no one answering. Al knows who the owner is of the property and will go and see him tomorrow.
