Members present:  Dennis Carr, Emilie Lemire, Ron Richards, Darlene Bagley, Gary Dorman

Others present:  

Ron called the meeting to order at 5:00 pm

Treasurer’s Report:  Reserve Fund $46.829.19 Playground $6,107.55 Expenses remaining $8,449.82, Basketball/Pickleball Court $6,796.44

Secretary’s Report:  Moved by Darlene2^nd by Gary to accept November minutes, all in favor

Craft Fair dates:  Spring May 3^rd, Fall November 8

Spouse Membership gym rates:  First pays full amount second pays one half

2024 Revenues:  2024 $20,353       2023   $14,656

Fitness gym $3,079     Gym $9,612     Room   $3,425

Old business:  have heard nothing yet, Chamber called donating $2,500 this year

Memory Wall:  Gary will hang old school plaques in hall and bulletin board for pictures and other items

 

Notes: think about something more for seniors for next month
