CORINNA WATER DISTRICT

MEETING MINUTES – MONTH OF MAY

MAY 30, 2013

            

The Corinna Water District met at the Stewart Library Building and the meeting was called to order at 3:00pm.

Present were Chairman Jim Louder,  Bill Condon, Elaine Lister, and Secretary-Treasurer Sandee Kerr.

Treasurer reported the checking account balance at Sebasticook Valley Credit Union is $12039.19 as of May 30, 2013.  The balance will be $7,688.31 when checks listed on the May Warrant are approved.

Elaine Lister made a motion to accept the April minutes.  Bill Condon
seconded.  Unanimous approval.

  
PUBLIC COMMENTARY:

None

  

OPERATOR’S REPORT:      

Operator was not present but reported prior to the meeting that there are no problems and everything is going OK.

 

BUSINESS:   

Update on meeting with State officials in Augusta – Nothing new yet

Ron Paradis & Son, Inc will repair the broken CWD valve cover on Renewal Street. 

                       

REVIEW OF  ACCOUNTS:

22           accounts paid in full

  3            2 accounts (#130 & #131)  and one account (#132) owes for
                1^st Quarter   ( Both consumers were contacted by phone and
                both promised to bring their accounts up-to-date tomorrow )

  1            account – makes partial payments, has credit balance

  1            account not occupied/no further billing ( Insurance Building )

 

          

WARRANT FOR UNPAID BILLS:    

The May Warrant was reviewed and approved. 

 

 

The next meeting will be held on Monday June 24, 2013 at 3:00pm.
