SECRETARY REPORT: Armand approves December Meeting Minutes, Melissa Seconds, all in favor.

CHAIRMAN REPORT: Rec Room Inventory; Back Door now locked

Bleachers were delivered 2/22 & being stored at Perfect Fit.

TREASURER REPORT:

Deposited $615 into rec proceeds account from Indoor Soccer and $130 into proceeds from the basketball clinic.

*$1000 until March 11th.

SOCCER:

Indoor Soccer Sunday, February 26th-April 2nd 1pm-3pm

Add Pre-K-2nd Indoor Soccer Clinic Krystine Eisenhaur Thursday 5pm-6pm

BASKETBALL:

Clinic Monday February 27th-April 3rd 5pm-6pm

CHEERING:

Complete. Will need shirts and Uniforms for next season.

BASEBALL:

Letter to Gordon Contracting requesting donation of time and materials for Baseball Field Upgrades. 2 Concrete Pads for Bleachers 16x8, Refinish the fields, pour concrete in the dugouts, new back stops.

Need: 1 new helmet, 2 new chest protectors.

Needs to order:

-Baseballs SOFT $60/12 balls. Softballs $75/12. Order from BUDGET. Jon moved to allot $250 on Baseballs, Bobbie 2nds. All in Favor.

-Catcher’s Equipment. From BUDGET. 2 Youth Helmets, 2 Youth Protectors. Bobbie Moves to purchase from Budget, Meghan 2nds, all in favor.

-Hats. From BUDGET. $12.50 each from White’s. Kelly moves to spend $957 on hats. Bobbie 2nds, all in favor.

Opened Registration on March 1st, Closed April 5th.

Shotputs 4lb=$25 6lb =$25

OPEN GYM: Thursdays 2-5pm until 4/20 then revisit.

Spring Fling moved by Meghan to move to April 29th pending gym availability, 2nd Melissa. Flyer has been Made. 4./29 6-8pm. Dance in the gym, games in the Karate room. Donations for the Playground. Donations from Pepsi for Concessions. Kelly moves to advertise in the Paper, Melissa 2nds. Ticket money to be deposited in the Proceeds account.
