CORINNA WATER DISTRICT

MEETING MINUTES – MONTH OF SEPTEMBER

September 26, 2011

                          

The Corinna Water District met at the Stewart Library Building and

the meeting was called to order at 3:00p.m. Present were Chairman Jim Louder, Bill Condon, Elaine Lister,

and Operator Scott Paradis.

 

 

        The decision to postpone accepting the August Minutes was made until the amounts correspond with the revised August warrant.    Both August and September Minutes will be approved at the October meeting.

 

       Treasurer reported the checking account balance at Sebasticook Valley Credit Union is $13,395.74 as of September 26, 2011.  The balance will be $11,392.42 when checks listed on the September Warrant are approved.

 

  

PUBLIC COMMENTARY:

          None

 

OPERATOR'S REPORT:

          Everything is going well.  No problems.

 

BUSINESS:

          Maine Rural Water will have a draft of the CWD updated

          Terms and Conditions for the Trustees to review by the end

          of this week.  Once it is available it will be reviewed by the

          Trustees and will be approved at the October 31st meeting.

 

REVIEW OF  ACCOUNTS:

 21 accounts paid in full to date

  1 accounts have a credit balance

  1 account making weekly payments for 2nd Qtr

         2 accounts owe for 2nd Qtr

 1 account not occupied/no further billing (Insurance Building

 

 

 

WARRANT FOR UNPAID BILLS:    

 

The September Warrant was reviewed and will be approved

by Wednesday September 28, 2011.  

 

The next meeting will be held on Monday October 31, 2011.
